1 /5 Wendi C: I had a frustrating experience dealing with my sons account, especially since its linked to mine. Initially, when I wanted to cancel his card, I was told I needed to bring him along, causing him to miss class. However, when the manager intervened, I learned I could have done it myself. Later, when I needed a new PIN for him, I was again met with obstacles, as the staff insisted on seeing his ID, which I didnt have. Despite explaining that his account is linked to mine, they only accepted his passport as proof which he didn’t have it. Dealing with my sons account at this bank has been more trouble than its worth. Id recommend avoiding it for your childs banking needs.
