My partner and I found ourselves in the unfortunate position of needing to purchase a replacement ring, after the ring we initially picked out together ended up being way too bulky, tall and just generally not my style. It was stressful and daunting to consider purchasing a new piece, and I was concerned about ordering something online (we live in the US). However, I fell in love with the Lia ring after seeing it online, and reached out to the Natalie Marie sales team to answer some questions. Georga was so kind, thoughtful and patient with us, and sent along extensive photo and video of the piece. We spent several weeks going back and forth on sizing, metal type and gemstone details, and I was able to feel fully confident by the time I placed my order. The ring arrived just 3 days after shipping, beautifully packaged and exactly what I was hoping for.
