1 /5 OPG: We engaged New Wealth (Kon and his accounting firm) for help with our business, but unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. Instead of improving our position, their services left us worse off. The owner constantly bragged and praised himself, but offered little real support. There was a high turnover of staff, constant excuses, and no clear solutions. Whenever we tried to address issues, the response was defensive and unprofessional. When we attempted to settle matters, Kon became angry, blamed us, and even verbally abused us. Rather than working with us to resolve things, the firm quickly escalated to a demand letter and court action — chasing money above all else. We acknowledge we owed some money, but instead of open communication or working out a solution, they chose aggression and intimidation. Overall, we found their services unhelpful, damaging, and unprofessional.
