Annas knowledge and ability to individualise the session to match your needs and goals are so intuitive from needing to stretch and release to strengthen and tone I always come out of class feeling so much better than when I walked in. Jennifer Von Hagt CFPBM is just awesome! Everyone is super friendly, the WOD’s are always different and I constantly notice the improvements in my strength and fitness. The trainers are excellent and always help to push and motivate you while at the same time putting in the extra time and attention to perfect your technique. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and mindful of correct weight-lifting technique. Specially Aaron and Matt. I love how they break it down to you , so you can keep pushing yourself and for setting realistic goals that are just for you to get better each day.
