Two other members of staff were helpful to our faces but never followed up on promised phone calls and updates etc. We stumbled upon a member of staff, Ms Kathy Hill, a Personal Banking Advisor and she was extremely helpful in the branch but she also made TWO much needed follow-up phone calls, at a later date.
