Beau Nieuwveld Buying a new car hasn’t always been smooth sailing for me, so I approached the purchase of my new MG4 with a fair bit of caution. Thankfully, my experience at Ferntree Gully MG completely turned that around. From the very beginning, Denver was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions about the car and the buying process. Both he and Jess went out of their way to make accommodations for me travelling 4 hours to get to the dealership.
The handover process was seamless, and even when a couple of very minor cosmetic issues were noticed, Denver and Shane went above and beyond to make it right. Knowing that I live in a regional area and rely heavily on my car, they had no hesitation in providing a loan car while mine was being worked on. When I returned, the whole team was eager to chat about my experience with the car and what it was like becoming a first-time EV owner, treating me like an old friend and not just a number on a deal sheet. I was even told that Shane stayed back late to ensure my car was ready to take home on time! (Sorry Shane!!)
The whole experience was hugely impressive and genuinely refreshing. Huge thanks to the team for making everything so easy and positive.
(Oh and of course, the car is AMAZING!)
