Mehak June I done the ear piercing from here and that was my first and worst experience from lovisa. I have done nearly before month. And i visit today because my earing stuck in the ear . And request for help but she directly refuse to do it. I will never come back here . Very bad experience really hated this.

Emma Jones Looking for a lost wallet, i snapped the shank of a most cherished ring. It was a present so I had no idea it had been purchased at Michael Hill. I rushed in, flustered and upset. Sharon spotted that even though it was from an older collection, it was indeed a Michael Hill ring. I mean, this ring was bought at least 3yrs ago and Sharon recognised it as one of theirs. From there, Sharon and Sarah made the quoting process a breeze, a call came through just 2 days later and Viola! Crisis averted. Sharon and Sarah... thank you very much for your effort and help.
