5 /5 na sha: Got the preapproval from bank first, but it was far from what I need to borrow. Referred by friends, sit down with Atish and found out some hidden figures which has been missed previously. A small change changed all capacity of my borrowing. I am now in my own house, maybe change to bigger one in the future, will still come back for funding.
