1 /5 Yenny E.Vargas: Visit date: June 14 Today I visited the store and, after waiting in line for my turn, I was assisted by a young lady with curly hair. I politely asked her about bracelets and travel charms, but she responded very rudely, saying “I only have those” and then walked away to the counter, leaving me without any further help. I felt completely ignored and had to ask her coworker for assistance. Even after selecting two charms, I had to stand by the display case hoping someone would help me. Unfortunately, the customer service in this store was very poor. I didn’t feel welcomed or valued as a customer, and for that reason, I do not recommend visiting this location. I hope they work on improving their customer service.

5 /5 Jessica Lemos: My sister and I go to pandora DFO very frequently and staff is very friendly. Today we were served by Katherina and she was so amazing. Super patient and nice. The store was busy and she was still showing us everything without rushing. We were very satisfied.

5 /5 Una Turalic: Dear Pandora Homebush DFO, I would like to say big thank you to all of your staff especially Vi who went above and beyond to help me find twice two different charms I received as a gift and lost. I was a bit worried going to this store due to bad reviews and instead went online or to number of other different stores to purchase. However, a wonderful lady at Pandora Chatswood store looked up a charm I lost and sent me to Homebush DFO since I have been back twice . Thank you for having those lost charms at a great price as well. Both stores have exceptional customer service and I will be back. Vi thank you once again for your help and going above and beyond Una

Kathryn Samyue I came to Narelle to have a gold ring I purchased overseas 23 years ago remodelled. Narelle was friendly, helpful and was able to come up with a design that I immediately liked, the stone was removed as sadly it turned out to be glass! As simple as the design is, its still elegant and a great stacking ring. She very honest and reasonable on price. I would easily go back to Empire again.
