Today I visited the store and, after waiting in line for my turn, I was assisted by a young lady with curly hair. I politely asked her about bracelets and travel charms, but she responded very rudely, saying “I only have those” and then walked away to the counter, leaving me without any further help.
I felt completely ignored and had to ask her coworker for assistance. Even after selecting two charms, I had to stand by the display case hoping someone would help me.
Unfortunately, the customer service in this store was very poor. I didn’t feel welcomed or valued as a customer, and for that reason, I do not recommend visiting this location. I hope they work on improving their customer service.
