Ben Bielert I went into Michael Hill Hillside today to buy a present for my lovely wife. I had some idea what I wanted but also needed a bit of guidance. I was positively blessed to encounter Wendy and a lovely young lady who was on her first day but also fantastic (didnt catch her name, sadly). Between the two of them, I came away with some very nice gifts and never felt pressured but simply assisted in one of the best customer service experiences I have had in recent memory. This right here is why shopping in person is better than online. The personal interaction, suggestions, enjoyable conversation, and overall experience were fantastic. I cant wait for my wife to open her presents. Great experience, I will gladly return and direct others to shop here.

Wendy Cunningham I have used this jeweller several times for different things. I have had rings resized, items identified, purchased new jewellery and had items made to specifications and I have been thrilled with the result each time. One challenging job I asked for was to source a particularly hard to find stone and have it set into a pendant. Margaret was so patient with my requests and offered helpful advice and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I will never need to go to another jeweller again since finding Elegant Images. A wonderful local business.

Jordan Chant At the beginning of August I was looking for a particular size in a bangle. I had called around to other stores and couldn’t locate one. I popped into Hurstville and the lovely lady working there (I think her name was Karen) was incredible! She searched the whole store to double check and see if there was one in my size and she found the last one! So grateful for staff members that care enough to double check for customers. Lenrose & Ace David Jewellery - NSW
Mik S Gotta be some fake reviews from way back because I’ve had nothing but the best experience working with the team here. I use castable resins to create my pieces and Lenrose is the only company I’ve found who can work with them and guarantee results. I just went to pick up a couple pieces and they insisted that they clean up the very very minor surface imperfections (kinda a given with the resins i use). They take pride in their work and as a client, I really appreciate that.
