1 /5 Catherine Saunders: We took our engagement rings to be polished and modified 4 weeks before our wedding. We patiently waited on a call to pick them up. After three weeks of no word, we went to see him. He very flippantly informed us he just hadnt got to them in the 3.5 weeks hed had them. He said he could have them done the next day (only 4 days until the wedding). We call the next day, he tried to push it back yet another day! We insisted on picking them up, as we had guests arriving the next day. He mashed my rings together with solder so theyre uneven and uncomfortable to wear. I had told him that if we needed to remove a section of the wedding band so they fit together properly, we would happily pay for that. Unfortunately he was unable to do this because he chose to procrastinate for 23 days and embarass himself with this subpar work instead.
