Nadiya Salim Handy place only 5 min walk from home. Smaller than all my previous gyms I’ve been a member of but has all the equipment I need! The staff are so lovely. It’s always very clean and tidy. Other members are so lovely too. It’s nice seeing a variety of clients. Very glad my partner and I decided to join here!

Raechel ODwyer Reformation Pilates is my happy place. Ive been going consistently multiple times a week for the past few years, and it’s never felt like a chore, its something I genuinely look forward to. The studio is absolutely beautiful. Calm, welcoming, and full of good energy. The team are simply brilliant: fun, caring, supportive, and genuinely invested in you. They feel more like friends than instructors, and the sense of community makes the space feel like home. Reformation Pilates is where I go to push myself, treat myself, be myself, and take care of myself. Whether Im needing a challenge or a reset, I always leave feeling stronger, clearer, and more grounded. I honestly can’t imagine my week without it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a space that nurtures both body and mind.
