Tom Rodgers Discovery Health and Fitness is a fantastic place to train with excellent equipment and motivated personal trainers. Karim has a wealth of knowledge that he has gained through his own experiences. In the time that ive spent training with Karim he has fixed many flaws in my technique and has been able to teach me the importance of nutrition. He has gone above and beyond and I would certainly recommend him to anyone from beginners to professional athletes.

Both kids now look forward to going swimming & love their teacher, Kez. Its lovely & warm, very clean & the staff are incredibly friendly & make an effort to remember the kids/parents. We would recommend this swim school to anyone. Fees are also quite good with approx. $80 per month / 1 half hour lesson per week.

He taught me basic and techniques of all exercises. I achieved my goal to be fit, lean and corrected my posture in 3 months. All the staffs are really friendly and welcoming too. I love going to Teambros.

When we started my son (5) was terrified of water and now (one month in) he happily gets in the water and allows his head to become wet, which has been a struggle with him since he was a baby. Being able to swim/play in the water before and after class has given all of the kids more confidence in water.
