Harry organised appraisals and marketing proposals from a number of real estate agents and then recommended the real estate agent he felt would work hardest to achieve the best sales results for us. Harry provided his expert opinion on what property preparations were important to gain the best result and worked with the real estate agent to manage all work to be done to a high standard. He also represented us during the negotiation process and provided honest and excellent advice. Being interstate Harry took all the stress out of the selling process for us.
