They offer both personal training, semi-private sessions and Peak Performance Classes, which makes it easy to choose what works best for you. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. Shout out to Anthony and the Alex, I wouldn’t be where I am now without them. They take the time to understand your goals and help you stay on track. The workouts are planned with purpose, and everything is tailored to help you improve. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and the facility is always clean and well-maintained. The equipment is modern.
