GG V I started Pilates with Josh almost 2 years ago. I highly recommend Josh! He is kind, caring and an experienced physiotherapist. But the star of the show is Sam! Everyday she proposes a different exercise, she is fun, highly skilled and her Pilates class is always THE BEST!

Joe Gazis Using the pool, spa and sauna facilities was a good experience. Staff were friendly and professional. Changing rooms were clean and tidy. The pool is an indoor heated, 25 meters in length. A smaller second pool for kids and parents. Lockers were available on request. Rates are reasonable. Car park is ample.

ader na Victor’s skill, particularly his attention to detail is next to none. Victor’s focus was clear: to get my body to work optimally through building the correct foundations and then applying those learnings to heavier weight based training. He understands body mechanics extremely well and is able to understand what you’re trying to explain to him, even if you’re not along any sense at all. With Victor, the ego goes out the window and what you really have is an hour of meditation through intentional training and connection to the muscle you’re working. Thank you mate. All the best.
