Andrew John Awesome facility with a heap of space. They have a relaxed style of on boarding that isnt the classic aggressive sales tactics. No lock in contracts and super decent weekly membership (not posted in case it changes). They have a heap of classes that you dont need to book into and the vibe is friendly. Not very crowded either and everyone who goes tends to be friendly. All types train here.

Celso Guedes I couldn’t be happier with my decision to join False Grip. From day one, I felt welcomed and part of a community. The atmosphere is friendly and encouraging, which makes working out so much more enjoyable. Safety is clearly a priority here; I’ve never felt uneasy during my workouts, and the coaches ensure that everyone practices proper form and technique. Speaking of the coaches, they are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. They take the time to explain exercises thoroughly and are always available to answer questions, making sure I’m getting the most out of my training. I appreciate that I’ve been able to stay injury-free, thanks to the emphasis on safety and the attention from the trainers. Overall, I highly recommend False Grip to anyone looking for a motivating and safe environment to achieve their fitness goals.

Chong Tong 101 Pilates is amazing! The environment is so welcoming, and they offer so many options for reformer and barre. The small class sizes make such a difference, and the instructors are all so lovely—especially Mary! They’re incredibly patient and pay great attention to detail, ensuring you get the most out of every session. Highly recommend!

Heath Chen The beach has cracks and dents on it through delivery. The service team act on it very quick and send me a new pad and foot cap. Very impressive. Will definitely come back in the future
