5 /5 Emma: The Yin class with Simon was wonderful! Simon was very inclusive and welcoming in his language, and really emphasised meeting our bodies where they’re at. This holistic, person-centred approach - considerate of everyone’s individual lived experience - was exactly what I’ve been looking for in a yoga class. With the lights dimmed, you could also feel less self-conscious and focus on your own practice. Simon also provided alternative poses for different experience levels. He also offered mindful reflections, grounding insights, and gentle affirmations throughout the class, which I found valuable and genuinely appreciated. Overall, such a wonderful and grounding experience. Thank you Simon!
