1 /5 hayley: My boyfriend took me here yesterday to buy me a ring for our anniversary as a present. The old blonde woman who served us was very rude and impatient. As i was looking around at the jewelry, the woman was getting frustrated and becoming more rude by the minute because i wasn’t deciding quick enough. Then when we were checking out, she made a comment judging my boyfriend for not buying me a more expensive ring. I like the ring i chose but was very upset by this experience and so was my boyfriend. won’t be coming back to this store to get any jewelry again.

1 /5 David Noel: We did not receive a call to say my wife jewellery was ready to be collected which had been waiting for over the last week . So I rang the Richmond NSW Store to have the phone answered by the staff when they playing and saying a different name I asked is this the Prouds Richmond when they keep joking around and hung up on me. So I rang back and they answered the same way answered said get lost josh Which advised my name and why I was ringing and the continued to be stupid. So I asked the manager after 5min they finally worked out what I doing and said yes the item is ready. Unbelievable for a business. .
