s ss Zero customer service! When a watch band is already purchased and the customer walks in and asks if they can replace the broken band with the new one, what kind of store refuses to do so if the band or the watch is not purchased from them. I was willing to pay for the service, of course, but I guess these ladies are too busy doing nothing but stand around. I suppose bad customer service is company policy.

I had a slight issue with my order (basically my fault - picked the wrong necklace) but they were incredible helpful and sorted this out for me. No doubt ill be back to place more orders soon.
