5 /5 Ramundo: Rapport is pretty good. Theyre open all day Saturday and are very organised. Their computers are linked to the ATOs so they have your income & interest details automatically. All you need to do is bring your deductions. Ive been using them since the 1990s and wont go anywhere else.

I was surprised that the specialists are much older. I respect them more because of the way they clear every doubts and their patience. Thank you

5 /5 Catherine Carroll: My elder brother put me onto Stephen Meade at Rapport Taxation Services nearly 20 years ago and even though my brother has moved and does not use Rapport Tax anymore, Stephen every years asks after him. I cannot fault the service. Great customer service, you call the office speak to Margaret at reception and she is professional and lovely to deal with and so you dont forget they send you a reminder when your appointment is coming up. They are there late so you can go after work and there on weekends. My partner and I would highly recommend Rapport Taxation Service and we do every to all our friends.

1 /5 Erica Meriggi: had terrible experience and ,still at this moment, I am trying to understand what went wrong and repairing to what they have done and left behind. the last time I spoke over the phone one of the employees was yelling and he has been really rude, and they did a mistake so I should have yelled eventually. dont go.
