chelsea wootten Hands down the best gym I have ever been lucky enough to be part off. I joined back in 2017 and have watched this gym just thrive into such a cool environment. Over the years I’ve been lucky enough to work with some of the best trainers who have not only educated me in the craft of boxing, but helped kick my butt and drop around 35 kilos to become the fittest I’ve ever been. Boxing changed my life! It’s the best!

PLAYSHOP Ive been trained for 3 weeks during I was staying in Melbourne in my 45 days trip :) (Now I am back to Korea and training with F45 Korea.. and still miss it!) It is located in dockland so its harbour view after training is really beautiful! Trainers are super kind and I can be motivated every moment! The space including locker & shower is so clean and well maintained! I highly recommend here and definitely go back in next trip to Melbourne!

Dom Poole Absolutely incredible experience. I was even a little bit late and Katie welcomed us in like family. The place is an intimate hut hugged by nature and facilitated by Katie who was deeply accommodating to everyone’s needs. The ultimate place for a beginner who may feel self conscious about starting - Katie caters every movement to each person there and guides with a sincere sense of love and desire to help. Best yoga session in Australia so far.
