1 /5 Reddog Lynchreddog: “Without prejudice” Review on my experience only. This company would have to be the most unprofessional organization I have ever delt with. They lack communication (None), ethics & integrity are kind words to use as a review. After the payment was settled (Directly to client) on time they continued to harass me even to the point of sending a large grown man to my rental house late on a weekend to then harass my tenants. This business needs to be investigated for unethical operations & shutdown. Potential clients only need to see all reviews not just mine.

1 /5 Carmela Falzon: I have never ever been subjected to as much bullying and harassment by such an unethical organisation. How can we as tax payers allow our councils to use our money to bully us. This is a total joke.

1 /5 Anthony Ngo: One letter sent during the holiday period. No phone call, no email, theyll take you to court straight away over a small amount of debt to the council. The legal fee added up is ridiculous compared to the amount of debt. Its sad to see what our society has become, when such heartless, inhumane companies like it are allowed to exist and operate.

1 /5 Lesley Lai: I received a highly suspicious letter from them, asking for a large sum of money, supposedly on behalf of the City of Sydney Council. They don’t even know our names, and the letter lacks any specific details. Besides, isn’t it the landlord’s responsibility to pay the council rates? I don’t see why they’d be sending intimidating and harassing letters to tenants.

1 /5 김 광수: lacking full detail about our situation nor the payment plan we had coordinated with their client. Despite this, these guys opted to harass us with letters requesting money. No calls. No discussion. Lacking in basic business skills and customer service.
