We looked far and wide only to discover Holdsworth Bros Jewellers at The Glen, just 20 minutes from home! The service from Annette was truly exceptional—she made us feel so welcome and comfortable from the start. Her knowledge of jewellery is impressive and she personalised the entire experience, making me feel so special. When I showed her a photo of the engagement ring I envisioned, Annette immediately arranged for a similar ring to be transferred from another store. It was perfect! Since our wedding, we’ve visited a few times for cleanings and resizing, and Annette, along with the other staff, always makes us feel right at home. John De Palma I lost a necklace that was gifted to me 50 years ago by my beautiful godparents. It was more than a piece of jewellery, it was memories and a source of comfort. When pondering life or feeling emotional I would touch the cross and feel relief. When I lost it, I still functioned fine but every so often I felt a sad discomfort. My search for a replacement came up with nothing, no off the shelf replacement was right, there was always something wrong. Either the sides of the cross wasnt the right shape, or something was missing, most looked like poor quality examples. EverettBrookes discussed the design with me and drew up an example for me to look at, it wasn’t quite right but we fine-tuned the design and once I was happy, they started the process of making a new one. When I first saw the finished product, I was flabbergasted, it was like looking at the original. It hasn’t come off since I picked it up a few months ago. I didn’t realise how much I was missing it and now that I’m wearing it again, I feel like all my long-gone relatives are with me. Thank you EverettBrookes.
