Rob H Shop barely ever appears to be open but I went in wanting a watch repair on the first occasion it was. Owner ignored me for a period, offered no greeting and was hostile and rude - one to avoid.

You can really feel the quality in the pieces as well. Also, the studio is a gorgeous and welcoming space, and Emma herself is lovely and the customer service is 100/10.
