Lee The range of free weight equipment and squat racks make it an excellent gym. Low cost and very friendly/responsive staff. Would recommend. Maintained to a high level of cleanliness.

Fiona is such a knowledgeable osteopath and made me feel really at ease. Her treatments always leave me feeling so much better and her advice helps me maintain this feeling in everyday life.
