Managed to work directly with our broker, hammer through all legals, uncovered some issues with other potential properties that would have caused a headache down the track and when we found a place, managed to turn around a faster than normal settlement for us getting us in early. Nothing was too difficult and I would have absolutely hated to have bought a property without her.
