I wandered in one day with my mum just to ask questions about my engagement and wedding ring situation which I was struggling with. I had no expectation but was instantly taken care of as though May was already committed to resolving all my needs. She was so attentive, personal, and thoughtful. She understood my vision so much better than I thought was possible, and they ended up producing my beautiful rings. The rings themselves are gorgeous but the experience is what truly makes it special - every visit and conversation was done with care, dedication, and authenticity. I am so happy I walked into Santos and ended up having a really special experience as part of this wedding journey. The team (namely Jacqui, Romel, and May) were so genuine, informative and friendly throughout our whole wedding journey - from when we first started looking for engagement rings, to designing both our engagement and wedding bands, and even now after our wedding when we occasionally drop in to say hi.
