I went to the Mosman store to have a soldered bracelet re fit. Lucy was extremely professional, so friendly and demonstrated expert skills in her soldering. She found an issue with one of my other soldered bracelets and was able to replace it under their refund policy. Zaraya was assisting and was also extremely friendly, I felt like I didn’t want to leave!!!

APM Monaco Sydney Chatswood - NSW

Ellie I had such a great experience at APM Monaco in Sydney Chatswood! I couldn’t find my receipt, but the staff were incredibly helpful and quickly located it for me. I remembered being told that the pearls on my ring were glued and could fall off, and that APM would fix it—true to their word, they did just that. The whole process was smooth and quicker than I expected. The team kept me updated with a call and a text to make sure I didn’t forget to pick up my ring. It’s always a pleasure visiting this store—the staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. I’ll definitely be happy to shop here again!
