What started as asking for help with a financial plan turned into a well laid out and documented strategy all driven by Steven. His communication style is excellent, ensuring you fully understand any context in the financial space before pursuing the next step. Where he wasnt able to take physical calls to explain things hed recorded videos explaining our loan documents. Such a welcome change from back and forth emails. At the end of the day, it felt like these guys cared as much about my familys financial security as I did.
