The migration journey can be very stressful and requires a great deal of patience, and my case was particularly complex. Not many immigration companies were willing to take it on. However, after attending one of Damoon Aryan’s online consultation sessions (which used to run weekly for people in Australia and may still be ongoing), he was confident about my situation and encouraged me to contact his colleagues. I signed a contract, and after one and a half years, I successfully obtained my visa. My case manager was Mr Chegini, and I cannot praise him enough. He is polite, highly professional, and consistently responsive. Whenever I reached out to him on WhatsApp, he would always reply as quick as possible (no more than 12 hours), providing clear answers and reassurance. I am truly grateful to Mr Aryan, and especially to Mr Chegini, for their dedicated support throughout this process. One suggestion I have for the process is that it might be helpful to provide clients with their application number earlier. Waiting nine months without this information was a little challenging, and having it would have offered some extra reassurance. I fully understand there may be reasons for this, and as I trusted the team completely, it did not affect my overall satisfaction, which remains very high. Additionally, it could be helpful if the team occasionally reached out to clients who have been waiting for more than six months, even if only to confirm that additional time is required. I appreciate that they manage many clients in both Iran and Australia and are always responsive when contacted directly. A proactive update during long waiting periods could provide extra peace of mind and make an already excellent service feel even more reassuring. Once again, thank you.

Instead of providing proper professional advice, they encourage shortcuts that could easily lead to serious problems if immigration authorities investigate your case. Be very careful—this is not the kind of service you want when your future and legal status are at stake. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and ethical migration agent.
