From the friendly & efficient receptionist Sam, to the amazing dream team, Daniel Abraham and Lillian Sleijpen. Its one thing to deal with professionals who know their work and deliver exceptional service. But Daniel Abraham is on a whole different level. He is very professional and knowledgeable of course and from our first meeting I felt confident and knew I was in good hands. He left no stone unturned and left nothing to chance. But what I loved most was that Daniel and Lillian really cared about my elderly father and how important it was to him get the best result. Daniel and Lillian went above and beyond and achieved the best result possible and gave my dad his life back. 2 /5 Michelle Galea: Unreliable. My money was supposed to have been in my account yesterday afternoon and still not in. Even this morning my money is not in my account. They went against the amount I requested. I am very angry with them because they lied to me. They have been okay with putting the money into my account from other times just not yesterday I will be glad when I get my inheritance money from them and away from Donna picker who is a bully and a minipulater and a control freak.

1 /5 Luke Hansen: Was recommended to go to Shaddicks Lawyers regarding purchasing a property. I spoke with Julie and Stephen (or similar. Im unsure or his role, he joined in the phone consults). I engaged with them for 3-4 days prior to signing a contract of sale. The deal with complex with a government grant being used however, all contracts and financial paperwork were supplied. During the cooling off period, the deal fell through due to issues with the grant - namely flood insurance which was not attached to the strata property. As a result, i lost the 0.25%. On the final day the contract was withdrawn, I did not receive a phone call but an email and subsequent fees associated with the process. Appears to be a lack of due diligence, risk mitigation and/or communication issues which resulted in losing the property and costing thousands. Although, they offered plenty of time and energy into the sale. Id encourage others to go elsewhere.
