The platform is very simple to use & understand & the customer service I have received from my Account Manager Ik has been outstanding. I highly recommend this company & their facilities.

Always great and speedy customer service, but I wanted to specifically mention Nico and how top notch his service was today. I called at 9:40am this morning and Nico greeted me with a upbeat and friendly tone. He was quick to understand the purpose of my call and takes the necessary steps to recify an error I had made. The assistance i got from Nico today is the reason why I reccomend Shift to every other company I speak with. Keep up the great work Nico!

Knowing weve got a financial support in our corner when we need them the most has really helped our business continue to grow. 1 /5 Andrew Nicholl: One star is too much. Just awful. This is a cruel, cruel, cruel company. My loan is not in arrears, Ive never missed a payment, my loan is not even due for full repayment and I was not asking for any hardship or payment reprieve from them. All I asked was for some minor help on a loan we have them. Shift are the least caring company you could ever deal with but they actually go beyond not caring because theyd rather see you broke before they actually helped you and along the way theyll tease you like a cat plays with a mouse before they kill it. I dont know why but I guess they do it just for their own fun? Horrible people, horrible company. I thought the Royal Commission had weeded out companies like this .... seems not. Avoid at all costs. Greed is not good.
