Sandy Ho Training with Selina is many things- challenging, empowering, but never boring. She has a way of making exercises interesting (you’ll still get your butt kicked though) and I really appreciate Selina’s holistic approach to health. I also love chatting to Selina about the latest developments in health research, mobility, movement, and nutrition.

kareem khattab Few equipment for chest press, lateral pull downs and rowing machine. There is a drinking water near to it. Well maintained, byut very few equipment. The park has a playground, basketball court, bbq and bmx track. So, overall it is nice.
