1 /5 Binaya shrestha: Went there to buy chadke tilhari for my wife the guy on customer service was so rude and unprofessional he really don’t know C of customer service there were other 2 customer in that shop and he was rude to them as well every time a customer ask a question he got agitated and replied rudely other jewellery shop around auburn charge 10-15% for jarti (wastage) but he said 25% jarti for tilhari still i wanted to buy and gave him my price then he said flat no and rudely take jewellery aside and start blabbing I was in lunch break and running out of time so I took off immediately after his rude behaviour yet he was still blabbing behind never going to this shop again
