Judith McDonnell Highly recommend the reformer pilates classes here. The staff are very friendly and welcoming at the gym. The instructors are very knowledgeable and explain the movements in detail. They make sure that youre doing the movements correctly, for maximum benefit. Ive been doing the pilates classes twice a week for the last 3 months. Since starting, Ive had more energy, better posture, Im sleeping better and Ive lost weight.
