Riccarda Stock was just the person I needed to help me through a very difficult time, she was always available for advice, extremely responsive and timely with feedback to the other party. Riccarda also provided great advice during finalisation of my will and other matters. Last year I put my house on the market and had no hesitation in turning to Solari and Stock to manage all my legal requirements. Vicki De Bonis has been amazing in her efforts to support me through what ended up being over a 12 month journey to get the price I wanted. Along the way Vicki reviewed contracts of a few houses I was interested in buying. In the end Vicki helped me through my house sale by a new Real Estate agent, which took just 4 days from buyer viewing to contract signing. I then purchased a house before Auction, and settled in 3 weeks, on the same day as the settlement of the house I sold.
