Will D Daniel is a great exercise physiologist who really helped me get through my chronic elbow tendonitis. He knew exactly what I needed and put together a plan that actually worked for me. His approach was practical and easy to follow, and he made sure I understood what I was doing and why. Im happy to say Im now back to normal and pain-free. If youre struggling with tendonitis or anything similar, definitely give Daniel a try.

Kirsty Hilleard Eden’s approach to her work is filled with passion and so much care and it shows. Her knowledge seems endless. One of my favourite things about training with her is her teaching me and explaining everything to me in detail so that I could understand my body and the mechanics of my body even more, she takes so much time and so much precision with movements and form. Eden helped bring me back from a lower back injury and helped me to gain my confidence back in the gym which I didn’t think I would. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone!!

Viv I Not sure I want to share my review because this is a little hidden gem! Friendly staff, celebrated my daughters bday party and it was done so well with the appointed party host Zara being super helpful, and even from the moment I got there, the staff helping take things out of my boot to bring into the venue!
