Soul Tiger Hot Studio - Warriewood (NSW)

3 /5 wings galaxy: I went recently to my first hot hiit Pilates class at soul tiger studio and I have some feedback for the place. I was so excited to try out soul tiger as I have been wanting a hot Pilates studio since moving back to the northern beaches. During the class the instructor was doing the exercises alongside the class which I admire her wanting to the do the exercises with us but also she was not able correct anyone’s form and was out of breath so much that it would take time in between sets and did not allow us the maximum amount of time to work out. Also I think it is ridiculous to have to bring your own Matt or rent out a Matt when you are literally paying 30 dollars a class. Also despite it being a hot studio since the room is so large it didn’t feeel that hot

5 /5 Kate Wilson: I cannot express how grateful I am for finding Soul Tiger! After leaving another gym over a year ago, I struggled to find something that would motivate me to work out again. That is until I discovered Soul Tiger. All of the classes are amazing and I am truly enjoying every single one of them. The instructors are great, each bringing something unique to the table. My favourite is the inferno Pilates class, but I recently tried the new Combat class with Sammy and it was incredible! The energy and enthusiasm from both the instructor and other class members is contagious. I would highly recommend Soul Tiger. Thank you, Mel and the team at Soul Tiger!

Mel the instructor was fantastic & made me feel extremely comfortable. After the class I feel great, alive & looking forward to my next one. Thanks Mel & Soul Tiger.. I’ll be back.
