1 /5 Pilarski Ben “bennyfandango”: After spending over $50,000 with this firm for estate matters, I can confidently say the only thing they manage to communicate on time is their invoices. Throughout the process, we experienced constant lawyer changes (we lost count), minimal to no communication unless we chased, and a complete lack of continuity. We were assured in writing that the final invoice was included in the distribution — only to be sent another invoice weeks later, including charges from lawyers we’ve never even spoken to directly. Their names have only ever appeared as signatures on letters sent by someone else. Avoid at all costs, literally.

1 /5 missdiddikins: Administrative error made on final parenting orders that weren’t picked up. No recourse even though it has lasting impact. I am not spending Easter with my child as a result. No method to lodge a formal complaint, just encouraged to keep going with mediation and letters. Told I would have someone contact me about my complaint, never happened. Had to write the majority of the affidavit myself, take days off work to correct their mistakes, and it was still submitted late to court. My ex was self represented and bested them in court. I’ve since had other legal advice - a formal complaint should have been lodged and I feel I was stalled until the timeframe for lodging had passed. Huge fees and can conclude their legal advice around parenting is almost negligent. Please don’t use. Please don’t end up in the same situation.
