5 /5 John Orr: Tracey and Kay and team do a great job supporting and executing the stressful job of buying and selling property. They first helped our son buy his first apartment, then us in our downsizing. We had good advice and guidance along the way, always available for questions, and pro-active in anticipating potential problems. Were very happy with the outcome, would use them again (except were not going to move from our new home any time soon!). Would recommend them to anyone wanting a responsible and supportive conveyancer.

This company filled me with confidence for my case, agreed on a price, and are now pursuing me for costs over three times our initial agreement. I currently have lodged a complaint with olsc regarding the advice, handling and costs with my case as they never even had my case anywhere near resolution or court action, after three years (initially advised 12 months). I will further update my review upon the resolution of case with olsc, but I am warning anyone to carefully consider wether or not you really trust this company before committing. In my case, it is my opinion they have looked only after themselves , and have not given an ounce of thought to their initial advice and/or my circumstances of which they were fully aware to begin with. Beware!! Immoral, unethical and untrustworthy.

With a clear opinion on the strength of my case and counseled on all possible outcomes. I was treated with care and respect and the understanding that my matter had a huge impact on my livelihood and life. I was thoroughly told how to prepare every step of the way.. I was warned not to expect the greatest result. In court, the case was presented impeccably, sensitively and thoroughly to the judge and the outcome was far better than what could have been reasonably expected & my job was saved. I would not have been able to be granted this result in court if I was representing myself.
