2 /5 Maryam S: I had a very disappointing experience with Stedmans Jewellery. I brought in a small job that was meant to take a short time, but ended up waiting over six weeks without any communication or updates from them. I only found out there would be a delay when I followed up myself.
When I returned to collect the item, I was told to pay the full amount, even though I had already paid a deposit. After showing proof of the payment, there was no apology, just a curt handover of the difference in cash. The overall tone and attitude from the staff felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive.
This experience was far below what I expected in terms of customer service and professionalism.
