I brought in a small job that was meant to take a short time, but ended up waiting over six weeks without any communication or updates from them. I only found out there would be a delay when I followed up myself. When I returned to collect the item, I was told to pay the full amount, even though I had already paid a deposit. After showing proof of the payment, there was no apology, just a curt handover of the difference in cash. The overall tone and attitude from the staff felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. This experience was far below what I expected in terms of customer service and professionalism.

I needed to get the clasp on my gold bracelet fixed same day, I took it in they repaired it on the spot and did it free of charge as it wasnt a huge fix. This was so unnecessary but oh so lovely and very touching. Just wanted to share my appreciation and mention how lucky Lane Cove is to have a lovely local jeweller! Highly recommend - I will be back! and maybe for the beautiful pearls I saw in the display....

I can highly recommend this jewelry store for any repairs and jewelry that you may require. very friendly people.
