1 /5 P Mackenzie: If there is no teller at the bank to serve & the machine is not working, then the bank is not ‘open’ as advertised. Amend the website to reflect this to save customers driving there pointlessly

1 /5 bumpak: I got there at 2:30pm to do a simple withdrawal at the teller. 1 hour later I finally got served, been a customer for 15 years I closed my account down there and then. I will never let a business show such disrespect and the staff were so rude to me. I just nodded smiled and left, St.George will never have my business ever again from that experience.

1 /5 John Hunter: Went in to make a withdrawal and was told that they dont staff enough people on a Saturday to allow withdrawals. Had been in the day before and was told no withdrawals and I needed to organise a cheque. A bank on its busiest day not doing withdrawals??? No manager on site. What a joke of a bank

1 /5 Emy Cueva: Been in this branch twice, the first time was to leave my details so the lending manager can ring us back for appointment....and it didn’t happen. Then after a week, I went back to tell the staff that the lending manager didn’t ring me. She apologised and said the lending manager is in and she’ll follow up my enquires. And she said expect a call within 10mins. And again, the lending manager didn’t ring me. Very disappointed. This is my hubby’s bank for more than 20yrs. And this is my bank for almost 5 yrs now. Liverpool branch and this branch been ignoring us. Now let’s see if Warriewood branch will ignore us too

5 /5 Rose Pashley: Last Thursday morning I was the first at the desk just inside to the right hand side. Rufus Taylor was behind it and immediately responded to my request in an attempt to find some missing money. After I had explained the rather complicated details he settled me on a seat just to the left and then, in the next 3 hours he helped me, talked to other customers and helped them, then went behind the scenes for access to files, the manager etc. At all times he was extremely proficient, professional and very helpful. I watched as he never lost patience and treated all customers with respect. I was very impressed with his efforts on my behalf, which took quite a time - 3 hours in fact and yet he handled my difficulties side by side with other customers. Congratulations to a young man with a very, bright future.
