1 /5 E Paling: I have tried to pick up my direct debit card twice, as frustratingly they sent it to the bank to collect rather than my home. The first time I filled in all the forms, showed my ID yet they couldnt give it to me, despite the other clerk saying it was OK to give it to me. So after 30 mins I left without it. The second time, 3 weeks later (as I have no time to pop in during my working hours) I managed to find a window to collect it again. Again I left without it, after waiting 20 minutes in the queue. This time my card was "in another pile and the person that deals with them was on her lunch and could I come back in 45 minutes?" I said I couldnt and asked if they could they just post my card out to me? He said no, but that hed leave her a message to call me... I am still waiting for the call and to get my direct debit card! Pretty disappointed with their lack of customer service.
