1 /5 Pamela Murray-Jones: Another bank with zero interest in customers. Only a central phone numbr and you cant speak to anyone unless you are an existing customer. I needed to make an appointment with a branch for a matter concerning a family business - no way at all of doing this! Apparently they dont like to talk to people. Big banks in Astralia have lost the plot. I get better service from my bank in NZ who is quite willing to talk on the phone.

1 /5 Robert G: Rude rude rude. The manager the one with the long tacky fingernails is incredibly rude. Her and another member of staff had my elderly aunt almost in tears. I go out of my way and choose to take her to a different branch.

5 /5 Suzanne C: The first time I went in to help my elderly father with opening accounts for the first time with St George, we met with Polly, she was fantastic and had great people skills and really knew how to look after and understand the elderly.. so these 5 stars are for Polly. Thankyou.

1 /5 Evelyn Garz: Most staff in St George Menai are rude and nasty very Racist doesnt give good service to immigrants but they are so nice to serve white people. Almost all of the staff are the same. I feel disappointed every time I go to Menai Branch.

5 /5 Liz Gault: I cannot speak highly enough of my experience dealing with Renatta. I was feeling emotional due to the recent death of my husband and the necessity to make account changes. Not only was Renatta ultra sympathetic, we enjoyed great conversation while she made all the necessary system updates, and even had us both laughing. Such a bubbling personality and one who cares about the customer. It made my day.
