5 /5 Len Hodgkins: Personally I cannot praise Norman highly enough, he has turned the lending associated with our investment property portfolio from a cumbersome mess stacked favourably towards the lenders benefit into a property based structure that will work in our favour giving us total control over our borrowings. Norman and his team worked relentlessly with the lender through the most difficult times during COVID as banks severly tightened their lending criteria to secure the deal. He has also provided us with a retirement strategy which includes business advice, setting up family trusts and revising wills and Testementary Trusts.
