5 /5 Amie: Oh my god! I have just had the best experience and need to provide some feedback for Senior Finance Consultant Katrina Lee.. She was absolutely amazing in helping my partner and I get a loan to buy a car as well as sourcing the exact one we wanted for us. I don’t really have words to describe the milestone she has helped us achieve. I’m sure she probably does this for hundreds of people but I truly can’t express how big of a deal this was for us and how grateful we are for her. We had tried to get a loan prior to finding her with really no idea what we were doing and almost got sucked into something that was going to put us in way more debt than necessary and/or to settle for a car that we didn’t want because we didn’t know what was possible for us. We had an absolute lack of information to give her, and what I had considered to be unrealistic standards for what we wanted before we found her - she basically said to us “tell me what you want” and then fought for us to achieve it even while communicating with us on the move and outside of normal business hours to make it happen quickly (also to confirm - she did get us the exact car we wanted right down to the colour and at a better rate than what we’d imagined). She was patient, friendly and went above and beyond. Even if you feel like you know what you’re doing, and especially if you don’t, engage her to help you. Seriously, I don’t have words, she’s absolutely top tier!

I was struggling for weeks trying to get a car loan from different lenders, and they all rejected me due to my tricky (but doable) financial situation. Stratton Finance was my last option before giving it up, and I had such an oppotunity to work with Katrina, she got everything wrap up in 2 days, yes, within 48hrs and I am ready to pick up my new car the next day. Incredible, effortless, willing to try and can be done mindset, you dont see many people like this these days. I am really appriciate her help.
