1 /5 Zdenka Burnett: I had been chatting with Michael Noy from Stratton about borrowing $26,000 for a car, but when he emailed me the finance options, he reduced the borrowing to $19,000 without explanation.
He only sent me two finance options - one with Pepper at 15.49% interest and the other with Liberty at 12% interest.
I emailed him on Thursday asking for clarification about this, but got no reply. I emailed again on Friday, asking the same thing, and again no reply, completely ignoring all communication.
I then texted Michael Noy (who I had previously been chatting with via email and text) to ask the same question, and still no response.
After this, I decided to check online reviews, and told him I would leave one due to their lack of communication. Only then did he quickly phone me, and when I didn’t answer, he tried to tell me via text that they had emailed me the tier levels lenders use.
This was not true, at no point did he send me this information. He had only emailed me two borrowing options, and then cut communication until I mentioned leaving a review.
They seem to want to get the most money from you, hoping you won’t notice. But when you do have questions, they just ignore you, because they don’t see you as a potential client to take the bait.
Don’t use these guys—they’re ridiculous and unprofession
