Trainers are amazing, super friendly and very accommodating. Added bonus of the location being so close to home.

Michael Rodrigues Excellent gym with everything I need for my workouts. Im impressed by how spotlessly clean it is and how equipment is maintained in working order (well done to young staff members, Joy and Jack). Also, thank you for lowering the volume on the speakers. While the music selection is excellent, the reduced volume allows me to listen to business articles during my workout, which I really appreciate.
