5 /5 Eraldo Garberi: Ritesh was great! All the processes from the sales negotiation, to the optionals available for my car, to the payments… everything was spot on!!!! It’s obviously early to judge if the car is in perfect conditions, time will tell, however so far I can only recommend this dealer and his team!!!

1 /5 Ben F-B: Beware of false promises – get everything in writing Picked up a “brand new” demo today (only 28 km on the clock). Before signing, Adrian assured me the tank was “nearly full, mate”. When I got the keys – it was at a quarter. When I asked about filling it as promised, I was told “It’s a demo, that’s the deal, mate.” After I pushed back, he reluctantly offered to fill it – but only if I waited 30 minutes. I had a flight to catch and couldn’t wait. Something as simple as honouring your word would have cost them almost nothing, but instead it cost them my trust. If you buy here, don’t rely on verbal promises – get everything in writing.

From concierge on arrival to Lindsay & Dominic in the service team and the lady (sorry missed your name) at the front desk at pick-up/payment reception. Clear communication, polite, respectful & helpful. Patient with my multiple call backs. Makes what can be a stressful time so much easier. My repairs went smoothly. They kept me updated while my car needed to wait several days for parts to arrive from Melbourne. Customer service systems work well for such a high volume business. Quality of repairs will tell over time. But looks good so far. Very professional service. I will be back. Keep it up Suttons Arncliffe. ☺️

4 /5 Andrew Abela: Overall, I had a good experience and would like to call out Ali at the service desk, who was excellent on arrival and when I picked up my car. The only frustrating part was around communication on the pickup time. I originally requested a 3pm pickup, but at 12pm I received a call advising my car wouldn’t be ready until 4pm, so I changed my plans for the afternoon. Then at 3:10pm, I got another call to say my car was actually ready for collection. It would have been great if the timing had been clearer and more consistent, as it would have saved some reshuffling of my plans.
