1 /5 Peter Selberg: I had a very poor experience with this conveyancer (Suzanne and Sarah) while trying to sell my property. Throughout the process, communication was poor, never returned email or phone calls. When you get through they are unhelpful. Whenever I had urgent questions or needed guidance, Sarah was non existent. When you bring this service to Sarah’s attention she doesn’t acknowledge it and just blames you for not contacting her, even though I showed her one day I had tried to call 9 times without anyone answering the phone.
In the Contract of Sale Sarah couldn’t explain what some of the clauses were. I expected a conveyancer to act in my best interests, but instead, I felt like I was on my own.
I do not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable support when selling or buying a property a property. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience to the point I had to change conveyancer and Sarah still made me pay for her poor service. AVOID!!!
